 PERSONAL
I am a Columbus resident since 1981, when I left my hometown of Chillicothe to attend The Ohio State University. I enjoy watching the Buckeyes and like to play an occasional game of golf. I attend several churches with friends and like to be around my family. Being single, I enjoy getting out and meeting new people and especially love to travel. Working around the house or one of my rental properties is one of my favorite pasttimes.

PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
I started in the real estate business in the Century 21 system in 1988 mainly selling single-family homes, later starting my own company and selling it as an ongoing business which still exists today. I also worked as a commercial manager for Century 21 in Columbus. For the past 6 years I’ve specialized in commercial real estate where I established a niche in Internal Revenue Code Section 1031 tax-deferred exchanges. Lately I’ve also added the Charitable Remainder Trust as a tool to help clients KEEP their wealth after having built their wealth using exhanges. I counsel all of my clients completely so that I understand their true motivations, wants, and needs from their real estate position at any given time. I travel throughout the midwest region and across the nation going to “marketing sessions” to help clients exchange property and to learn about opportunities in other areas. Being a licensed Broker in the state of Ohio does not mean that my business is limited to Ohio. I have represented Buyers, Sellers, Landlords, Tenants, and acted as a “broker’s broker” in numerous types of transactions.		 EDUCATION & TRAINING
I graduated from Chillicothe High School in 1981, and The Ohio State University in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. I majored in Marketing, Transportation & Logistics, and Real Estate & Urban Analysis. I have completed all of the courses for the CCIM designation along with many other commercial real estate courses in exchanging and investment strategy.

I have been in the real estate business primarily since 1988 and have also worked in the trucking industry, clothing business, and as a campaign manager doing fundraising for churches and non-profit organizations. I have a broad range of professional expertise and personal life experiences which will help me help you in most any real estate situation.
